§ 02 — Principles

How we work,
and why.

P.01 Charge once. Own it forever. Subscriptions exist for costs we bear; we don't have those.
P.02 Your data has value. We never take it by default. If we ever want it, we ask directly, explain what for, and offer you something real — usually a discount — in return.
P.03 No VC. No board. No growth hackers. Customer-funded, answer-to-customers.
P.04 Ship when it works. Stamp "Shipping" only when it's real. Call unfinished things unfinished.
P.05 Durable over trendy. A tool you'll still want in 2035 matters more than one that demos well in 2026.

Nodexis Labs is a small, independent software company. We build tools for the people most software companies don't talk to: small manufacturers, technicians, operators, owner-operators — the people who actually make things.

We charge fairly. We respect your data. We answer to our customers, not a board. If we charge you for something, it's because it's worth it.
