§ 02 — Principles

How we work,
and why.

P.01 Price follows cost. Software you install and own is a one-time price. Anything we run and maintain for you is a subscription. We don't invent a recurring charge for a tool that doesn't have recurring costs.
P.02 Your data has value. We never take it by default. If we ever want it, we ask directly, explain what for, and offer you something real — usually a discount — in return.
P.03 Our tools tell you when they don't know. If something can't be verified, it gets flagged for a person instead of guessed at. A confident wrong answer costs more than an honest "check this one."
P.04 Ship when it works. Stamp "Shipping" only when it's real. Call unfinished things unfinished.
P.05 Durable over trendy. A tool you'll still want in 2035 matters more than one that demos well in 2026.

Small company. Long view.

Nodexis Labs is a small, independent software company. We build tools for the people most software companies don't talk to: small manufacturers, technicians, operators, owner-operators — the people who actually make things.

We charge fairly, we respect your data, and we tell you what a tool can and can't do before you buy it. If we charge you for something, it's because it's worth it.
